You should look at MSc food instead of MBA. A MBA student does get job but it may not be of your choice leading to dissatisfied career. Usually students do not focus on career but job but for all there comes a time when you realize you made a mistake. There stand a good scope in food tech. If you chose to be in this sector by your choice, stick to it. If you yet do not know what you like or if you do not like what you studied in bachelors then go for MBA

You have completed your Bsc i suggest you to do Msc with IIT because it opens a great career path.For Msc from IIT you have to give a particular entrance exam i.e. IIT JAM .This exam is conducted in February every year .Final year students can give this exam.IIT JAM is one of the difficult exam.
Rather than this for Msc there are another entrance exam i.e. TIFR.
But firstly i will suggest you to do MSC rather than engineering sector.
