There are around 30 universities in india that offer MA/msc in geography or allied fields. Some of the well known universities are BHU, AMU, Banasthali, JMI, JNU, DU etc. Most of them hv entrances so you hv a good chance as you fulfill the basic criteria of 50% in bachelor's.

For ethical hacking you may opt for bca rather going for bsc physics. For ethical hacking there are certification that you have to grab. Courses like CCNA CCNP etc are done for these international certifications.

The scope of any qualification is measured with respect to the career one want to make after achieving that educational qualification. As for this matter with simple B.Sc. the scope is limited to jobs of supervisory nature. MCA.but now a days only taking post graduation in computer and IT alone cant do. Choose any particular field of your interest any be expert in that. For instance if you have intrest in programming than be expert of that apart from doing Masters.
