There are two ways. One is you take up a job in the related field for a year or two and then go for your master's which could be either M.SC Chemistry, M.Sc. Analytical Chemistry,M.Sc. Drug Chemistry,M.Sc. Organic Pharmaceutical Chemistry,M.Sc. Physical & Materials Chemistry or Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Other is to go directly for msc or Mba in the above fields and then decide if you wish to research further with P.hd or go for a management job.

There are around 30 universities in india that offer MA/msc in geography or allied fields. Some of the well known universities are BHU, AMU, Banasthali, JMI, JNU, DU etc. Most of them hv entrances so you hv a good chance as you fulfill the basic criteria of 50% in bachelor's.
