Hi,
1)
To become a doctor, you need to pass MBBS. It is not be possible to branch off into MBBS with a nursing degree. There is no lateral entry in MBBS. You need to study the whole course and have to get in through merit. You need to take the medical entrance tests.
2)
To be eligible :
- You need to pass 12th in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with minimum 60% .
- You should have completed 17 years of age on or before 31st day of December of the year of admission.
- You need to sit for entrance exam such as AIIMS Entrance Exam, NEET, MPPMT, HP Combined Pre Medical Entrance Test etc.

Dear it totally depends upon your interest like:
MBA :
if you have interest in management line , like office work, HR, finance, accounting and more related to office ok
MCA :
if you have interest in Software developer field or IT , hardware related field
M.sc :
If you have interest in teaching
you can choose any of them depends upon your interest , All the best :)

Depends upon your interests you can apply for PG level courses. A very booming sector now a days running is Cyber Security which provides 1 year of PG diploma in CS (Cyber Security). you can opt this in online (regular mode also).
