Msc.IT is more good and logical choice. science and buisness are all different. So taking MBA might become a difficulty for you whereas Msc.IT will provide you to master your field of interest.All decision is upon you.

Just go for M.Sc. as only doing B.Sc. in IT is not enough as you will have to face a tough competition. It will be better if you try to do M.Sc. from abroad. You can have a very established career in education sector. But yes you need to make up your mind for traveling a long path.

After bsc, u can go for msc then u can clear ugc-net / csir-net to pursue phd and become junior research fellow or u can also clear gate exam to pursue mtech. U can also change your domain and can pursue MBA if u r interested in business world. Choice is yours, which depends on your own interest. Try to get a good college for any curriculum. All the best. I suggest to join a long term animation course may be 18 months to 3 years duration which covers the entire animation & vfx pipeline & also simultaneously join an online graduation program on general streams , you will definitely have better scope .
