After that, the college shortlists students. Selected students are informed by college through mail or official website. The last step is fee payment.

No, the course is offered for three years. There is no way to complete it in a year. It is compulsory for all to complete each semester and clear all exams to get their degrees. Admissions are Class 12 merit based.
