No, as per the SKDU NEST official website, it is mentioned that the selection of candidates to get the scholarship for all the programmes, including BSc, is based on the entrance exam. The candidates have to appear for the SKDU NEST test in order to apply for the scholarship, as it is mandatory for application. The university provides scholarships, merit-based admission, and the opportunity to study at a prestigious UGC-approved university in Rajasthan.
