No, you can not apply for any nursing course in Delhi as well as India with commerce stream in 12th standard as the minimum education qualification according to the Nursing Council of India for pursuing B.Sc nursing is 12th pass with Science stream having Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as core subjects.

For admission in B.Sc Zoology, the students should have passed 12th standard in the Science stream with Biology, Chemistry, and generally Physics. A minimum of 50–60% marks will be sufficient, as it varies from institution to institution. The key subject for eligibility is Biology, and English can also be mandatory in some of the colleges.
