You should visit the official website of the institution and get every information of the course from there. There are many  entrance exams like BIEAP, NEET and CBSE 12th marks accepted. Every college accepts different entrance exam for admission. After this, counselling is conducted. According to your marks and seats available, admission is given.

Firstly never gave original document to anywhere but in case you gave it then  discuss your teacher or contact to the person to whom you have submitted your documents. There are less chances of getting your documents back. It also depends on the college because every college has its own rules and regulation.
