B.Sc. in aviation (B.Sc. AV) is an undergraduate course in science and operations in flying airplanes, helicopters, gliders etc. An integral factor for being eligible for this course is that the candidate must have completed 10+2 and passed HSC examination with subjects like physics, chemistry and mathematics with a minimum of 50% marks, from a recognised school in India. Yes, you can and you will even be exempted from giving CA foundation if you have scored more than 60% in your graduation. In other case you need to go through foundation as well.

Dear Prachi,
Dropping a year is only meaningful if you are confident enough to get the despaired result. Firstly, just go through IIT JAM. If you think that one year preparation is sufficient for you to get the desired branch and stream, you can drop otherwise you may look for any other college.
