Well Swapna,
It's difficult to rejoin after a gap of almost 7 years as the maximum duration to complete any UG course is 7 years from the year of commencement of the course. You might have started the course in 2009 so 7 years means maximum by 2016.

That is entirely your choice. B.Tech is a technical qualification, professional in nature and basic graduation programme in engineering technology. B.Sc. Is a graduate course and is a basic programme in Science stream. Of course B tech has more value but much depends upon your college/institute, your knowledge, aptitude and performance. Both programs lead to further post graduate courses which improve your knowledge and job chances. Regards.

You cannot pursue two regular courses at the same time. However, you can pursue fashion design via correspondence/distance mode along with B.Sc. Students enrolled in a regular degree course are allowed to pursue an additional degree simultaneously under open or distance education mode from the same or different university. Regards.

Certain companies would recommend you to have some amount of experience after you complete your course. But there are companies that select a fresher. It would be easier if you know the local language and skill in a specific department.

I don't think there is an issue with a middle-class person getting admission in FTII, but there are only 10 seats available.
