For joining International airline you should either be experienced or you should justify their requirements in all aspects. Foreign airlines like Qatar, Emirates, Etihad, Oman Air, Malaysian Air, etc. Accept cabin crew from Indian origin also. But the standards are set as per their regulations. I would suggest you to firstly join some Indian air career and after you gain some experience you can switch to foreign operators. That will be easier and your chances of getting selected will also improve. In general Candidate Profile for Freshers for cabin crew in India is as under:

Hi Darpan,
For B.Sc in computer science you need to have qualified 12th board exams with mathematics, securing at least 60% and more marks in mathematics or a least of 55% marks in aggregate of four subjects and if you have studied physics, chemistry/computer science and mathematics in +2 then you will be offered a 5% of additional weightage in the best of four calculations.

Yes you can take admission in 2nd year directly but you will have to fill the lateral entry form and you will have to be eligible for all the qualifications required for the second year lateral entry.
