B.Sc in Physiotherapy is an undergraduate course in science. The duration of the course is 3 to 4 years (depending on the University that offers the course). The course study mainly covers the method and techniques used in the eradication of diseases via physical exercises. The modern methods in physiotherapy treatment such as electrotherapy, rehabilitation therapy, etc are also covered under the course. Further, physiotherapy also has a vast range of career options to choose. People can either work in India or go abroad and flourish their career in physiotherapy.
On the other hand, after completion of the nursing course, there are various career opportunities available. The nurses can get jobs in both government and private sectors. Mostly they work in areas like government and private hospitals, nursing homes, old age homes, orphanages, various industries, sanatoriums and armed forces. So, it depends on where your interest lies and then you can take a call accordingly.

TIFR runs a graduate programme leading to the award of Ph.D, Integrated M.Sc-Ph.D as well as M.Sc degree in subjects such as: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer & System Sciences (including Communications and Applied Probability) and Science Education. It is conducted at the Mumbai campus and various National Centres of TIFR. You are eligible for integrated PhD program in Maths. You will have to appear for the entrance test and interview to seek admission in Integrated PhD program in Maths at TIFR. There is no minimum CGPA as eligibility criteria. Students who have scored above 60 percent marks in their finals, can apply for the Master's degree courses in biology. Some leeway is offered in marks for students of the SC/ST categories. However, all the students need to write an admission test. Those who clear this successfully are called for an interview.
