You are not eligible for seeking admission in M.Tech after B.Sc degree. You can seek admission in M.Tech after M.Sc degree by appearing in GATE examination.

You have multiple career options such as:
(a) Pure Sciences like M.Sc Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Statsitics, etc.
(b) MCA
(c) MBA
(d) LLB
(e) Masters in Social Works
(f) Masters in Mass Communication
(g) CDS examination conducted by UPSC to join Indian Defence Services as a Commissioned Officer.
(h) Asst Commandent exam convicted by UPSC for joining paramilitary forces as an Officer.
(k) Civil Services Examination conducted by UPSC
(l) SSC
(n) Banking PO or clerical services examinations etc

Of course not, because the exam dates will clash. However, you can pursue them together at your own risk.

The best is a matter of personal choice. You have to know your likes and dislikes, know your career priorities and decide accordingly. Options for you include a MS in physics if you want a research oriented career in this subject. You may also look for MS programmes in more specialised fields like astronomy, transport design, etc.
