Hi Aditya,
It's difficult to say now, merit lists are not announced and if you are talking about DU then cut-offs are as high as 90% and above.

All three fields are good. But if you go for BCA, it will pay you more after completing Masters and there are lots of companies recruiting people from MCA. You can make your own start up.

Hi,
There is basic difference between B.Sc in computer science and B.Sc in computer application is that the syllabus of B.Sc computer science covers whole of the computer related subjects which includes both software and hardware.
But in case of B.Sc in computer application or BCA only application of computers are there. The syllabus basically includes only software part.

B.Sc is 3 year under graduate course and to get admission in this course you need to complete your 12th from science stream. To get admission in B.Sc, you have to score at least 50% marks in your intermediate examination.
The eligibility criteria vary from colleges to colleges, but if you have scored minimum 50% marks in your 12th from science stream, then you are eligible to get admission in B.Sc.
