It's difficult to say now, merit lists are not announced and if you are talking about DU then cut-offs are as high as 90% and above.

There is basic difference between B.Sc in computer science and B.Sc in computer application is that the syllabus of B.Sc computer science covers whole of the computer related subjects which includes both software and hardware.
But in case of B.Sc in computer application or BCA only application of computers are there. The syllabus basically includes only software part.

The eligibility criteria vary from colleges to colleges, but if you have scored minimum 50% marks in your 12th from science stream, then you are eligible to get admission in B.Sc.
