Genetics basically is the science of heredity and variation in living organisms. It is a means by which we forcefully change some characters of a living organism by changing his DNA. Most B.Sc courses like Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, Botany, etc. consider the score of PCM/PCB and not best of four. SO, according to your subjects, till be PCB.
But, while Best Four Score is considered, it must include one language and any other three subjects.
There might be some special cases too.
