No, B.Sc agriculture is not offered at Madras Christian College (MCC) . For the list of courses offered at MCC refer:

B.Tech is a better option as it is a professional degree/ course, whereas, B.Sc is not a professional course, but it is a simple degree.
These days we have many branches available for B.Tech. Some of them are there for long like ECE, CSE, EE, Mech., Civil, etc., but with the passage of time, the impact of technology has increased due to which many new branches have come up like Biotech, Food Tech., Nanotech, Agri., Mechatronics, etc.
Many reputed private universities are offering these courses so you can check the details of these universities like Amity, Lovely, Sharda, etc.
