The minimum eligibility for M.Pharma course in the majority of universities is a minimum of 50% marks in Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma) from any recognized university or equivalent. Therefore, based on B.Sc medical degree, you are not eligible for M.Pharma degree.

Dear Rohini,
After completing your B.Sc, you can pursue Master's degree in M.Sc. If you wish to pursue management course, you can pursue MBA/PGDM and opt for the specialisation of your interest. If you expect to make your career in the technical field (computer) then you can go for MCA and if you are interested in competitive exams then you can appear for the Staff selection commission, CDS (Combined defence services ), UPSC, etc. In staff selection and UPSC, there are various exams and it depends on you for which post you would like to apply. For example- IAS, IPS, IFS, Indian Foreign Services, IRS, atomic research, laboratory research
...more

BCA is a job oriented course, but it all depends on the college and placement. BCA is graduate level course so you can apply for the graduate-oriented jobs. It gives you practical knowledge. Company job is common unless you crack a government exam or you can do MCA after completing BCA and join the teaching field.
