There many career options after completing B.Sc in physics. But, if you are interest in physics/ science stream related career, then it would be better if you opt for M.Sc in physics and then do Ph.D.
There are various technical jobs available for physics graduates/ post graduates like radiation monitoring, electrical power plant operator and scientific instrument operator.
After PG in physics, you can apply for NET/SET examination and can teach in government or private colleges. After doing B.Ed, you can apply in various government or private Schools
You are also eligible to apply:

Yes, you are eligible to apply for M.Sc nanoscience program because most of the universities require only B.Sc degree, but some of the universities require minimum 60% in graduation and class 12th. So, you need to check the eligibility and admission process for the particular university.

Hello Raseen,
You can opt for B.Tech. Certain state level examinations require a minimum of 50% in your 12th board examinations as well as in PCM. However, I would like to warn you that in case you opt for B.Tech, you will face serious problems during placements as most companies demand a minimum of 60-65%in 10th, 12th and graduation.
Alternatively, you can opt for BCA followed by MCA. An MCA graduate is considered equivalent to B.Tech and can apply for the same job roles for which a B.Tech candidate can apply.
