Just JEE for 1 year would be really helpful if you wanna get into engineering. Just focus on JEE prep work. Or, you can go ahead with B.Sc if u want to go to research field or such. But both would rather be cumbersome as you won't be able to give enough time to both simultaneously. Rest is your call.
All the best.

Thanks for asking.
If you have completed B.Sc. & want to get into Teaching field in Schools then you should pursue B.Ed.
But if you are dreaming of Lectureship in Indian Colleges & Universities then you have to qualify the net exam.
CSIR NET Exam is conducted for the science candidates who are willing to pursue Research Fellowship or Lectureship.
After qualifying the net exam, you will be eligible to directly apply for Lectureship / Professorship.
there are also too many other advantages of qualifying the net exam, like work in csir labs, pursue PhD, get a job in PSUs etc.
Check the details of csir net books & preparation https://scoop

Normally speaking, for admission to BSc Agri, instead of maths you should have taken biology. But many a times it depends on the University concerned. In view of this, I suggest that you check either with college directly or with concerned university.
