You can directly go for MBA as you are about to complete your graduation. First, you have to decide in which field you want to make career i.e. microbiology or management. Pursuing M.Sc and MBA both will not make much difference.
It would be better to go for MBA.

You can get into the teaching profession after clearing NET and become a lecturer in any of the universities.
