If your personal conditions allow then you are advised to do M.Sc IT for a meaningful IT career. If not you may evaluate doing certifications to enhance your employability. Big Data certifications can be a big value addition.

Sure you can. There is a criteria though for M.Sc which you will need to fulfill like your score in B.Sc and your score in the entrance exam, if any.

Yes, you can pursue M.Sc in phycology, but my suggestion is that you should opt for M.Sc in botany or zoology because you are from that back ground.
