Hi,
If want to master in any course and want to have detailed knowledge about the subject you are interested in then you should do B.S.C. in any course and then you can make survey of courses in Ahmedabad as it is a leading city providing different courses in B.S.C. as there are many coaching centers , institutes and training centers providing the courses.

You can get a job as medical lab technician if you have completed your B.Sc. A Master's degree is always an added advantage. But you haven't mentioned the stream of your graduation so I cannot be confident enough if you get your Masters in microbiology because mostly microbiology and biotechnology graduates are preferred for such course. All the best.
