Genetic Engineering (B.Tech in Genetics) must not be confused with Genetics course offered by various universities at the B.Sc/M.Sc level (B.Sc. in Genetics). The genetics course is pure sciences based and involves the study of pure genetics and not genetic engineering methods and techniques.

If you are having an experience in HR department for recruitment then you can opt for MBA programme in distance mode in HR and after this degree, you can apply for other companies or higher profile in your current company.
