There are many colleges which offers B.Sc in Animation and here are the list of Top colleges:
1. IIFA Lancaster
2 Arena Animation
3. Manipal University
4. Vogue Institute
5. Srishti Institute of Art & Design
6. Wiztoonz college of media
and some more,But i personally suggest you IIFA Multimedia because it is one of the college which offers the course with lowest fees and I even enquired about this & their intention was to give education to all people regardless upper/lower who are interested and that was really great.

Basic salary package in india is near to 7-8 lakhs.

B.Sc in Hotel management for 3 years is much better.

I would like to suggest you to go for B.Tech in IT.

Join M.Sc after the B.Tech (Mechanical).

With the two entrances mentioned, you can choose many more that are taken by universities separately like symbiosis, IPU, VIT, MIT, SRM, etc. For degrees, B.Sc IT or BCA are two options if you are looking for computer Science only.

Yes, you can get education loan from any bank. However, you should choose a good college with good ratings including faculty, placement, environment, affiliations, etc. You can consider VFX School in London or Hyderabad.
