Both the courses are good but B.Pharma is better. It depends on one's own interests but after B.Sc. in biotech you have to do M.Sc. in biotech.

Hello Anil,
Join M.Sc computer Science next year. Start preparation for entrance exam of college right now. Also with this, do some certification course in Java, C+, .Net, PHP, etc. Any of it will help you in finding a job.
If you don't want to do M.Sc than you can do MCA or M.Sc IT also. but I suggest you personally that go with computer Science.

College or university change is only possible for the same course. You can not change your college for different courses and get admission in second year.
