Don't go for engineering. You can pursue analytical chemist course as it has good scope. Else, you can do M.Sc or Ph.D if you are willing to study. Don't opt for B.Sc. If you are a bio student then go for biotechnology. Biotechnology has good scope too. Choose wisely.

Yes, you have the physics background, and for aerospace, physics is recommended. Score well in IELTS and GRE exam, and draft a good SOP.
