Hello Sruthi,
For MBA, you must gain few years of experience before you can apply. Since, your academic front is great, so I would suggest you to apply in any good and top universities for better prospects, in this case work experience is required.
You must also submit GRE or GMAT scores and IELTS or TOEFL. For PG courses, requirements will vary as per the course. For PG Diploma courses, there are no specific requirements. However, for all the cases you must take IELTS or TOEFL. You must also get your degree evaluated in case it is a three years Bachelor's degree. If you are already working and all you need is a degree to get promoted then going for distance course is a good option. But if you are looking to get some knowledge or want to get a job on the basis of that, then it is a bit difficult.
