All option in front of you are very good. Formal engineering education such as lateral entry B.Tech is the best option. In case you are unable to continue formal education due to personal reasons then you may opt for AMIE.

You have to clear class 12th to get admission in any degree for undergraduate so first do that from NIOS. If that's not possible then look for Diplomas in interior designing after 10th in any polytechnic institute in Mumbai.

During your preparation, your prime target should be gaining knowledge rather scoring good marks because if you have knowledge then you can easily crack any exam. Secondly, you must structure your study schedule and give equal importance to all the subjects being asked in the exams. You can easily get any college.

If you have done your graduation in biotechnology, and you are looking for job opportunities as a management personnel in biotechnology sector then go for MBA in biotechnology stream. Now a days, many of the colleges are offering MBA in biotechnology. You can go for it.
But if you are interested in research work then only you should opt for M.Sc in microbiology or biotechnology. So you should analyse your skills and abilities and then decide the course you want to pursue.

You can join any small or medium sized IT firm as a developer or tester. You can also join IT department of any business firm, bank, PSU etc. You can also join Defense Services and Paramilitary forces. You can also join as a teacher/ trainer in IT sector.

Was it a three year Diploma course after class 10th?
If yes, then you can directly join 2nd year in a B.Tech/BE college as a lateral entry student.
