Yes, you can pursue M.Sc. after completing B.Sc.
If you dream for a good job after M.Sc, then you can do it from a well known university, IIT's or IISC.
To pursue M.Sc. from IIT's , you have to clear entrance exams - IIT JAM.

TANCET cutoff for MBA in PSGIM is around 54 approx for BC and 58 approx for OC. Mostly the availability of seats will depend on the TANCET ranking.
