If you have an inclination towards software then you may enroll for Java, mobile app, Asp.net or Ruby on rail etc. Otherwise, CCNA, MCSE, cloud computing, virtualization are good options. Even you may think about DBA, Big Data, SAP or SAS.

Amity University offers B.Tech in bioinformatics course. It is a very niche branch of engineering with majority of job opportunities in R&D org. in India or abroad. B.Tech bioinformatics is a better option over B.Sc Bioinformatics.

You should not get too fascinated with ethical hacker as they show in movies. Most of the institutes provide just a basic fancy course under the name of ethical hacking, just to attract students and earn more.
I would rather recommend you to go for security specialist professionals. These jobs are highly payable and in high demand as most companies need them to protect their own data.
For the same, you can go to some reputed computer training institutes like NIIT, etc. You can go for Java courses followed by networking courses and CCNA/ CCNB (CISCO) courses. After this, you can also opt for CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) cer

You need to firstly decide what exactly your interest are, you are comparing 3-4 very different subjects. MBA remains to be a PG course, the facts will remain the same, only your specialization will determined the are of placement that you will go for. Hence decide the area first.

Considering your inclination towards technical stuff (gadgets), you may choose different IT Professional Certification courses like Cisco, Microsoft, Virtualization or Cloud Computing.
Apart from that under Software Development - JAVA, ASP.Net, PHP, IOS or Android development have futures.
Game Design, Animation, Graphic Designing and Multimedia are other options but it depends a lot on a person's creativity skills. You can also opt for M.Sc (IT) if you wish.
To the end, I would suggest you are the best judge to decide your interest and inclination which is most important.
