B.Sc in Science or B.Sc in hotel management both courses have good scope and opportunities. So, don't bother about the scope choose the stream in which you are interested in. I can recommend you some colleges/universities offering both of these courses. Some of the universities are Lovely Professional University, BHU, BML, CNG etc.

A degree is always valued over a diploma. So B.Sc Nursing would be a better option to go for.

There is no comparison between both the courses. One belongs to the hospitality industry whereas other belong to the Science field. You need to decide what interests you the most and accordingly take admission in the same course.
