According for me, you should go for civil engineering.
Below mentioned are few reasons:
1. You could land up in a government job, if you crack some competition exams and would get experience on your way to the top.
2. You can chose civil engineering as a mains subject in IAS. Only, mechanical/ electronics apart from civil have this liberty.
3. There is no dearth of money and opportunities after the first few years of struggle.
Below mentioned re the best colleges:
1. UPES – Dehradun.
2. IITs.
3. BITS – Pilani.
4. College of Engineering – Pune.

Biotechnology has many wider scope. Once you are done with B.Sc, then you can go for food technology, molecular biology and biotechnology, microbiology, dairy technology, genetics, biochemistry, engineering and bioinformatics.
After completing M.Sc, you can opt for doctoral studies, and then you can try for a job.

BBA is Bachelors of business administration and B.Sc is Bachelors in science. Both of them are two different fields. It depends upon your area of interest, whether you are interested in business or science. If you are confused, then do a little introspection and try to figure out your area of interest.

The minimum percentage needed in class 12th with minimum 60% in aggregate in physics, chemistry, zoology, botany, biochemistry, microbiology, B.Pharm., BDS or applied science.

There many career options after completing B.Sc in physics. But, if you are interest in physics/ science stream related career, then it would be better if you opt for M.Sc in physics and then do Ph.D.
There are various technical jobs available for physics graduates/ post graduates like radiation monitoring, electrical power plant operator and scientific instrument operator.
After PG in physics, you can apply for NET/SET examination and can teach in government or private colleges. After doing B.Ed, you can apply in various government or private Schools
