SHIAT is know for its agricultural course. I have completed my B.tech biotech from there in 2006 but my experience was not good when it comes to placement for biotech department but my friends in agri department was quite satisfied with their placement.

According to me, first try to know the taste of career you are born with. Counsellors are available for this calculation.
You can go for leadership seed cultivation process training. After this, you will be sure what will suit you the best. It is only 6 weeks but it is worth it.

Nursing will place you better after the degree as it is always in demand and you may work abroad as well. If you have keen interest in research then go for B.Sc hons in biology, Botany or Zoology.

If you have inclination towards making a contribution to the agriculture sector, then B.Sc is the best option as you can actually be a researcher and work in govt sector. B.pharmacy will place you in hospitals, clinics or may be your own business.
So take a relook at your skills and what interests you more as both the jobs are well paying.
