Getting admission in a regular college is no possibility. Distance education is the only way you get an undergraduate degree. Then you may enroll for a regular Masters degree program after successfully getting the undergraduate degree.

You should go for PGDM with marketing and HR as a specialization. You should not go for hospital management as it will lead to sectoral specified. But, with other subject you will have the opportunity to go for wide range of placement offers.

The eligibility criteria to pursue B.Ed is graduation degree in any subject. You are eligible to get admission in B.Ed. You are advised to look at detailed eligibility criterion of targeted institutes where you want to do B.Ed.
