prepare for your failed exam. take it as a positive thing that you have a year for your preparation of m.sc entrance or any other competitive exam. and dont worry, sometimes parents react like that because they just worry for our future only.

1) u r not eligible to do B.Sc.ag, as u not study botany,
2) doing BCA/B.Sc.ch/CS is suggest for u
3) choosing engineering. courses also make u want
4) selection of subject is more important at all
5) get idea about subjects through net/Google, lecturers

As you are already in B.Sc, you have got to finish it. You can't leave it now. But, you can aim for MBA and for that, there is no problem. You make an early beginning and start your preparation now. Then, in such a case, you can do well in all your Tests. Think of your speaking skills also.

If you interested in psychology then you can chose BA (Honours) psychology at Sam Higginbotom Institute Of Agriculture Technology and Sciences, SHIATS, allahabad, Uttar Pradesh and prepare for Tata Institute Of Social Sciences for MA psychology programme because here u can get more opportunities
