Es. There are many people trying for an engineering degree over a law degree. The following point has been stressed upon very well in movies like 3 Idiots but I'll repeat anyway. Do what you love to do. It will help you in the long run. Remember it is always better to be an excellent civil engineer than being an average law professional.

It depends on your area of interest. If you want to pursue chemistry then go for IITs chemistry BS or if you want to do engineering then go for IITBHU Civil. l think IITBHU Civil will be a good option rather than others. At last it depends on your area of interest.

Getting admission in good colleges with this percentage is not possible. It would be great if you can appear for improvement exams and secure a better percentage.

you can join any institute and earn good income or open your own institute. so basically you can go for teaching career and not in research unless you do m.sc and go for research .
