You will get opportunities in software firms as Software Tester, Application Developer, Web Developer and Designer etc. After completing certification of CISCO and Microsoft such as CCNA,CCNP,MCITP, you can enter into Networking and System Admin./ security field.
Another emerging area in IT is Ethical Hacking or cyber security. MSc and PG Diploma in Cyber Security / Ethical Hacking courses are available for BCA,BSc-IT/ CS graduates.
You can turn into Sales / Marketing , Office Administration too. A graduation is enough for starting positions in Sales / Marketing.

Why do you want to do two degrees on same subject simultaneously? First of all you can not register for two full time degree simultaneously. Even if an university allow you to pursue BSc along with B Tech, it will be a pure waste of effort.
