Yes, B.Sc. in medical laboratory is equivalent to all other bachelor's degrees provided it is recognised by competent government bodies. All the best.

Bsc computer science is much much much better than electronics in terms of job salary .at last both fields are different so we do not compare them .it is upto your interest . So go with that subject which you feel comfortable.

Hi Lavkush
You may choose different IT Professional Certification courses like Cisco, Microsoft, Virtualization or Cloud Computing.
Apart from that under Software Development - JAVA, ASP.Net, PHP, IOS or Android development have futures.
Game Design, Animation, Graphic Designing and Multimedia are other options but it depends a lot on a person's creativity skills.
To the end, I would suggest you are the best judge to decide your interest and inclination which is most important.

Hi
Both streams have a very exposure but if you are more incline to IT and software programming then CS is a better choice.
On the other hand Electronics will take you to Robotics, few other fields are embedded systems, VLSI System Design etc.
In CS, you learn about Algorithms, DATA Structures, Coding, Software Quality and Assurance, it's life cycle and things related to either programming or programs created.
In ECE you learn about chips which make the hardware where this programming is done. You learn about embedded engineering.
