Hello Nishar Ahmed, St Paul's College of Bangalore is affiliated to Bangalore University. The college has good reputation amongst students community and hence lots of students do apply. With 50% seats reserved for minority students for whom this college was established, competition is intense for remaining seats. Here I want to clarify that general brochure or handbook of admission does talk of cutoff to the extent of saying that these are determined every year.
