Hi Piyush,
You can study further studies in Agricultural Engineering, there are many universities, many programs and many specializations. If you want to do research you may opt for MSc/PhD. Scope is good in countries like Canada, Netherlands, Japan etc. Everywhere the admission requirements are different. And if you want to study abroad prepare for study abroad entrance exams.

For Agricultural Engineering and Technology:
Soil & Water Conservation Engineering/Soil & Water Engineering, Irrigation Drainage engineering /Irrigation Water Management Engineering, Post Harvest Technology/ Processing and Food Engineering/ Farm Machinery and Power Engineering and Renewable Energy Engineering.

Yes, you can change the course from CS to B.Tech Agri Technology. You will have to go through a process which includes the written test and selection as students do after their class 12th.
