Yes, you can pursue the degree course you have to search on the internet and find out the good colleges and check their eligibility criteria and then if you satisfy the criteria, you can get into that College.

The training you mentioned is a full time course, so if you want to do that you will have to drop B.Tech now, you can't do both at the same time.
