First of all, I would like to say that you never gets deviated, but you just tried a new less tried path. I think you should first decide whether you want to do a job or you want to study. In case of job, try in different companies who are hiring electronics students through LinkedIn or other similar platforms. Or, prepare for GATE which does led you to PSU's jobs. In case of study try to find your field of interest and proceed. Good luck.

It is very nice to see that you have already set a target to yourself of getting employment in NASA or ISRO. ISRO employs people or students from wide range of fields every year. You just keep on observing or keep a watch on the website of ISRO to know about announcement of the vacancies. For NASA, I suppose you will have to go to US for doing your MS and then your chances will improve for getting a job in NASA.
