B.Tech Eligibility

To be eligible for the B.E. B.Tech departments available at Vignan's Foundation for Science, Technology and Research, Hyderabad, for successful enrollment generally admitted students from 10+2 standard or its equivalent with Science stream, with special emphasis on Physics, Chemistry mathematics are most of the time preferred. A minimum grade point average (usually 50%, but less (varies according to the requirements of these fields of work) must be obtained. Also, students are generally given a requirement to clear some type of screening test like JEE Main or the college entrance test. In the selection process, any performance for target counselling sessions may also be taken into account. Candidates who wish to enroll in Mahavir Education Trust's Shah and Anchor Kutchhi Engineering College (SAKEC) for a B.E. or B.Tech programme must fulfill the following requirements: Academic Requirement: Complete Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, and Technical courses in Class 12 or its equivalent, earning at least 45% (or 40% for protected categories) of the possible points. Get a valid score on the MHT-CET or JEE Main entrance exam. Additional requirements: Comply with the engineering admissions rules set forth by the Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell.
