IIIT Manipur BTech eligibility requires the candidates to pass Class 12 from a recognised board with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and a minimum of 75% aggregate. Additionally, students must appear for the JEE Main exam and secure above the IIIT Manipur cut-off. Seats to the course are alloted through JoSAA counselling. Eligibility for UG courses is 10 + 2 passed and the same for PG courses is a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Selection for B.Tech and M.Tech is done on the basis of the entrance exam (Assam CEE and GATE respectively) whereas, for all other courses, admission is done on the basis of merit in the previous qualifying examination.
