B.Tech Eligibility

The candidate should have studied Physics Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects in their 10+2 curriculum. The eligibility criteria for DUET B.Tech programme states that candidates must have a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in four subjects in their Class XII (or an equivalent) examination. It is also specified that the four subjects must include Mathematics. So, to be eligible for the DUET B.Tech programme, you need to have scored a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in your Class XII (or equivalent) examination, with Mathematics being one of the four subjects. This means that the Mathematics subject score will be included in the aggregate calculation, along with the scores of the other three subjects. Therefore, to meet the eligibility criteria for the DUET B.Tech programme, you must have scored at least 60% aggregate marks in Mathematics and three other subjects in your Class XII (or equivalent) examination.

At the undergraduate level, VELS Institute of Science Technology & Advanced Studies offers three to four-year B.Tech in various specialisations. Admissions to various undergraduate courses are based on merit and entrance exam scores.
