Hello, international applicants must complete their 12th with a minimum of 70% to apply to the University of Alberta. Your average will be calculated based on the five subject requirements . You must also meet the English proficiency requirements. Atleast 6.5 with no band less than 5.0 is required for IELTS and at least 86 with a minimum score of 21 points in each section of TOEFL. You may check the university website for specific requirements. Here are the links

You can apply at MIT Pune for B.Tech CSE, they also have another campus at Shillong at University of Technology and Management.
