The entire cost of the four-year B.Tech degree is about Rs. 5 lakh.
This covers the costs of tuition, room and board, deposits, mess fees, and other expenses for eight semesters.
The whole cost of tuition fees for four years comes to about Rs 3.5 lakhs.
The tuition for the first year is approximately Rs 75,000 every semester. Every year, it rises by 10% to 15%.
The annual cost of the mess and hostel is approximately Rs 50,000. Extra deposits are not included.
All B.Tech specializations, including computer science, electronics, mechanical, civil, etc., have the same fee schedule.

B.Tech + M.Tech: This integrated programme spans 5 years, with semester fees of INR 42,500/-. The total fees would be 4,25,000/-.

The fee bifurcation for B.Tech at Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Jain Deemed-to-be University is given below:
- Tuition Fee: INR 3.9 lakhs to 13.8 Lakhs for the whole course depending upon the specializations
- Hostel Fee: INR 6.70 Lakh
- One-time payment: INR 20,000
So the total fee starts from 10.76 Lakhs to 20 Lakhs for a 4 year course, depending upon the specialization selected.

The cost of pursuing a B.Tech at Nitte (Deemed to be University) varies based on the branch of engineering. Here are some examples of the annual tuition fees for different B.Tech branches at Nitte University for the 2023-24 academic year:
- Artificial Intelligence & Data Science: INR 1,50,000 for NUCAT, INR 2,50,000 for NRI category, and INR 3,00,000 for Scholarship category

The fees structure BTech at Barkatullah University is little bit more but not too high also when we compare other college . It was found to be around 1.73 Lacs per year for BTech students. There might be also some scholarships available for students if they will eligible then their fees might be waived. And once you get admission then you should more focus on your skills developing things to get a good placement.
