Comparison between two private institutions is fraught with danger. Sometimes, different aspects will be measured differently. However, as per my perception MIT, Pune is better.

The cutoff marks required is only known after the examination. Seeing the last year cutoff, 120 above marks in JEE mains will be fine to get admission in COEP.
