Honestly speaking, the quality of education provided at any of the universities in India has been standardized by the autonomous body called University Grants Commission (UGC). I'm currently a student of Vishwakarma Institute of Technology, Pune. Therefore, my answer focuses on the facts about my college. One can see the best placement scenario in my college for computer engineering with a sound package. I personally think that college infrastructure does not matter. It can be ignored on the expense of good quality faculty/staff. Moreover, you can get Honours courses, many workshops and other courses that will help improve your employability. Computer engineering department gets the highest package many times of around 25 LPA+. Average package is around 5 to 6 LPA. Definitely, it is a very good college to get admitted in.
